Change Leadership Certificate (CLiC) will prepare you to lead sustainable change in today’s complex healthcare environment. Because management isn’t enough.

Who is this program for?
CLiC is designed for mid-level leaders, managers, clinicians, project directors, supervisors or managers leading or involved with a change initiative. They can be individuals from:
- Across the continuum of health services (from health promotion to long-term care)
- Healthcare organizations supporting the health system at all levels (local to national organizations)
- Ministries of health and health authorities
Assessment
Students are assessed on components including a quiz, practical case study activities, graded discussions and a final project. To achieve a certificate, you must earn an overall grade of 70%.
Developed jointly by Canada Health Infoway and our partner CHA Learning, this course uniquely integrates change leadership with change management, and provides you with the essential knowledge, tools and hands-on experience you need to effectively lead change. You will work with successful change leaders and use real-life change leadership case studies to create your own change plan.
