Leading Edge Associates helps healthcare systems, municipal and provincial governments, and private-sector organizations improve how work gets done. Our model has been practitioner-led from the start: certified Black Belts embedded with client teams on the floor and in clinical departments, not analysts building slide decks.
Beyond consulting, we run university-partnered belt certification programs, White through Black, so the organizations we work with build the internal capability to sustain the gains.
