Michelle Moonesar is a passionate leader in the healthcare sector who continuously strives to improve the care and experiences of patients and families. With over eight (8) years of experience leading complex initiatives, Michelle has enabled multi-disciplinary teams to effectively design, implement, test and scale novel solutions and process improvements for some of the health system’s greatest challenges.

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a background in Life Sciences, Michelle developed her passion for process improvement, change management and clinical program co-development alongside front line workers and persons with lived experience. Michelle holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University with a specialization in health services management. She has experience working across a variety of streams within healthcare including acute care, community programming, healthcare procurement and regional health authorities.
