Lean Sigma for Public Health Black Belt Training
This live online instructor-led program builds on the Green Belt training to provide public health professionals with a practical application of advanced Lean Sigma tools and techniques, as well as developing the appropriate process improvement, leadership and project/program management skills to drive the changes that are necessary for a successful Lean Sigma transformation.
This option provides public health professionals the full Black Belt curriculum in a mixed-organization cohort. Content is standardized at the sector level and not tailored to any specific organization, allowing participants to benefit from shared learning across the public health sector.
