Workplace organization was a priority for this company. A new business management structure needed to be put in place to aid in the daily/weekly operational needs of the company and to also help deal with busy production spikes. All of this needed to be managed in a leaner way.
A Kaizen Blitz, 5S, Kanban and Standard Work (procedures were developed for all key processes facilitating process repeatability) were all deployed successfully in generating double digit annualised savings.
As a result of the program this client was successful at the Lean Business National Awards.
