Assessment
Assessment is based on completing a multiple-choice exam online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%). Upon successful completion, participants will receive Lean Green Belt certification from Leading Edge Group. Successfully completed participants can also receive a certificate from Ontario Tech University (an additional fee will apply)
Diploma in Project Management
Through Leading Edge Associates' partnership with the Australasian Leadership Academy Pty Ltd (ALA), students who successfuly complete Leading Edge Group's Lean Green Belt certification program can attain a Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA’s RTO 41012. ALA’s Diploma of Project Management is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), offering pathways towards PM Industry Certification (RegPM CPPP & CPPM) and International Project Management Association (IPMA). To attain the Diploma an additional process and fee will apply.
This program can be delivered through self-paced e-Learning or instructor-led (for groups of participants). One-to-one online mentoring support is provided throughout the program.
