The objective was to improve the Wind Farm management process by introducing Lean to the organization.
The program consisted of:
- A3 Project Planning
- Pareto Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
Resulting from the success of the program delivered, there was a 13% annual reduction in overall wind farm processes through eliminating non value add time and a 15% annual reduction in meeting times.
