Lean in Healthcare
Lean methodology is a management system that originated in manufacturing but has been adapted for use in healthcare and other industries. The core principles of Lean are to identify and eliminate waste, create flow, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
In healthcare, Lean methodology can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of care in hospitals and clinics, as well as to reduce costs. Some common tools used in Lean healthcare include value stream mapping, which is used to identify bottlenecks in the process of care delivery, and Kaizen, which is a process for continuous improvement.
We help health service organizations develop and enhance a culture of continuous improvement through certification programs and tailor-made healthcare training courses.
Agile in Healthcare
Agile methodology is a set of principles for software development that have been adapted for use in other industries, including healthcare.
