Your Lean achievements,
now officially shareable

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting Lean initiatives, we are pleased to introduce a digital badging system for all Lean certifications. Going forward, every certification holder will receive a verifiable digital badge upon completion.

What are digital badges?

Digital badges are verifiable, shareable credentials that certify a holder’s skills and training. Unlike a paper certificate filed away in a drawer, a digital badge is a live credential, linked to a verified record of completion that anyone can check at any time.

Each badge is issued to the individual upon completing their Lean programme and can be accessed immediately through a simple email notification.

How can badges be used?

Once issued, badges can be shared across a range of professional platforms and contexts, including:

  • LinkedIn profiles and activity posts
  • Email signatures
  • Professional portfolios and CVs
  • Internal recognition programmes

“We believe this makes it easier for organisations to celebrate accomplishments and demonstrate the real impact of Lean training.”

Why does this matter for your organisation?

Beyond individual recognition, digital badges give organisations a straightforward way to track and communicate the Lean capability being built across their teams. They add a visible, credible layer to your training investment.

For employees, the ability to share verified credentials publicly adds genuine professional value to the time and effort they put into Lean development. It is a small change that makes a real difference to how achievements are recognised.
