Performance Measures Training
This training supports the development and effective use of performance measures across the organization to better assess, manage and evaluate the performance and value of each of the services that they provide as well as those supporting operations and systems.
Performance Measures: An Introduction
A 1-day training program that develops a basic understanding of performance measures and results-based accountability (RBA).
Upon completion of this program, participants will understand what effective performance measures are and be able to actively contribute to the development of performance measures within their organization and business unit/department.
Developing and Applying Performance Measures
A 3-day training program focused on creating the ability to develop and use effective performance measures.
