The OPHA endorsement is Ontario-specific, but the curriculum applies across Canadian public health organizations, municipalities, and government agencies. We deliver programs outside Ontario on request.
Yes. The Black Belt builds directly on Green Belt training and assumes familiarity with core Lean Sigma tools and methodology.
The program includes 4 group tutorial sessions (2 hours each) and ongoing access to mentoring support through to project completion. Content is standardized at the sector level for shared learning across organizations.
Register by April 30, 2026 to receive the early bird rate of $3,690 CAD + tax, a saving of $410 compared to the standard rate of $4,100 CAD + tax.
Yes. We offer organizational cohort pricing for health units and agencies. Canada Job Grant may cover up to two-thirds of eligible costs. Contact us to discuss group enrollment.
