Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA)

Registered training provider (RTO 41012) and APFPM Accredited Training Partner. Lean Green Belt completers may progress to the Diploma of Project Management (BSB50820) through ALA, with APO and APM+ credential pathways available. An additional process and fee applies.

White Belt (8 hrs, awareness), Yellow Belt (16 hrs, foundational skills), Green Belt (85 hrs, project leadership), Black Belt (160 hrs, organizational transformation). White, Yellow, and Green Belt are standalone programs with no prerequisites.

Yes. All belt levels are available online (self-paced), virtual (live instructor), and in-person. We also offer blended delivery for organizations training cohorts.
