Common Questions
Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent experience is strongly recommended. Green Belt is project leadership level and assumes familiarity with basic Lean concepts. Contact us if you are unsure whether you are ready.
CCA recognition means the program qualifies for continuing professional development within CCA-accredited organizations. Confirm the specific CPD hours applicable with your organization's accreditation coordinator.
Yes. Certification requires completing a real improvement project within your organization during the program. A subject matter expert mentor supports you throughout.
Full refund with 5 or more business days notice before the program start. No refund within 5 business days. You may send a replacement participant with 2 or more business days notice. No deferrals are offered.
