In 1995, an operational excellence firm was founded on a clear conviction: Lean methodology, applied rigorously and measured relentlessly, delivers results that last. From the start, the model was practitioner-led. Certified Black Belts embedded with client teams, not analysts building slide decks.
By 2003, Canadian operations were established, bringing Lean consulting and certification to healthcare systems, municipal governments, and manufacturers. Over two decades, the team grew to 20+ practitioners and built a university-partnered training pathway with Ontario Tech University.
