What participants say
Trusted by professionals across Canada
The training was incredibly practical. Within a week of completing my Yellow Belt, I had mapped a process at my hospital and identified three quick wins our team could implement right away.
What set this apart from other Lean training was the focus on real-world application. The instructor helped us connect every tool back to our actual work environments.
The OTU certification gives this real weight with leadership. It is not just another vendor certificate: it is a university-accredited credential that my employer recognized immediately.
