Mayank Chadha
Mayank brings over 15 years of management consulting and operational excellence experience to Leading Edge Associates. He joined as Managing Director in 2025 to lead the next chapter of the firm's Canadian business, sharpening its consulting-first positioning, strengthening sector depth, and accelerating digital and AI enablement.
Before LEA, Mayank held senior roles at McKinsey & Company and a leading Canadian private equity firm, where he led performance improvement and value creation programs across healthcare, government, and industrial sectors.
Under his leadership, LEA is focused entirely on the Canadian market, serving 90+ organizations across healthcare, municipal government, manufacturing, and professional services.
VP, North American Operations
John Whelton
John brings 18 years of experience in consulting, training, and instructional design. As VP of North American Operations, he manages LEA's consulting and training teams across Canada. He is the operational engine behind every client engagement.
John works closely with LEA's academic and training partners including Ontario Tech University, the Ontario Hospital Association, and HealthcareCAN. His expertise in program design and delivery ensures LEA's certification pathway maintains its rigour and institutional credibility.
His sector depth spans healthcare, government, retail, and supply chain operations. He has been instrumental in building the team of 20+ practitioners that delivers LEA's results.
Lead, Operational Excellence
Manish Singh
Manish is an operations and transformation leader with 17+ years of global experience across North America and Asia-Pacific. Before joining LEA, he held senior roles at Deloitte, Boston Consulting Group, IBM, and Ernst & Young, leading cost turnaround, operational excellence, and AI-enabled supply chain programs.
At LEA, Manish leads the operational excellence and consulting teams, overseeing engagements focused on measurable productivity, margin, and throughput improvements. He brings the analytical frameworks of top-tier strategy firms to hands-on, embedded delivery.
He holds an MBA in Operations, a B.Tech from IIT-BHU (Gold Medalist), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
