No. While the curriculum is designed with the Canadian public health context in mind, it applies across public health organizations, municipalities, and government agencies anywhere. We deliver programs outside Ontario on request.
Yes. The Black Belt builds directly on Green Belt training and assumes familiarity with core Lean Sigma tools and methodology.
The program includes 4 group tutorial sessions (2 hours each) and ongoing access to mentoring support through to project completion. Content is standardized at the sector level for shared learning across organizations.
The program fee is $4,100 CAD + tax per participant. Organizational cohort pricing is available for health units and agencies sending multiple staff. Canada Job Grant may cover up to two-thirds of eligible costs.
