Local Government Training

Lean Certification for Local Government Professionals

Three belt levels designed for Canadian municipal and public sector environments: from foundational awareness through to project leadership. Built by practitioners who understand the public sector context.

About This Program

Built for the Public Sector Context

Lean training for local government is not the same as Lean training for manufacturing. Permit processing, fleet management, public works scheduling, by-law services, and resident-facing operations each have their own flow logic, accountability structures, and improvement constraints. These programs are written specifically for that environment.

Participants come away with Lean skills that connect directly to their day-to-day work and can be applied to real service delivery challenges. All programs are developed and delivered by practitioners with hands-on experience in Canadian municipal improvement programs.
