The Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt goes beyond awareness to build practical capability. Participants learn the tools that Lean practitioners use in healthcare: value stream mapping, 5S workplace organization, standard work, Kanban, spaghetti diagrams, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), A3 problem solving, and Kaizen. They apply these concepts through worked examples drawn from clinical and administrative healthcare settings.
