How you learn
Three delivery formats
Open-enrollment cohort
Join a scheduled cohort as an individual. No group required. See upcoming dates on each program page.
Private in-house cohort
A dedicated cohort for your team, scheduled to your timeline and delivered at your facility or virtually.
Online and blended
Self-paced eLearning, live virtual, or blended formats. All programs are available virtually. eLearning available for select healthcare modules.
Recognition and funding
Credentials that carry weight, costs that come down.
Programs like the Canada-Ontario Job Grant, BC Employer Training Grant, and other provincial and sector funds may cover a significant portion of your tuition. Funding is administered by federal, provincial, and sector agencies, not by Leading Edge Associates.
