Cost is $3,250 + GST per person. Program fees include instructor-led training, all resources, the Lean Green Belt certificate, and the Diploma of Project Management on successful completion.
Nothing to pay upfront. Successful applicants are invoiced prior to program commencement, once the cohort reaches minimum numbers. Numbers are limited per cohort, so early registration is encouraged.
Six live online instructor-led workshops of 4 hours each (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM AEST), scheduled across three weeks in July 2026. Live sessions are supplemented by self-paced online pre-read material and a work-based improvement project that runs throughout the program.
Greg Kilbey leads the program. Greg is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt (Six Sigma Academy) with experience training Lean Six Sigma across Australia and South-East Asia. He has delivered training to over 700 White, Yellow, Green, and Black Belts and has coached Lean Six Sigma practitioners through more than 300 process improvement projects.
Assessment combines a multiple-choice online exam (50%) with submission of a work-based improvement project (50%). Both elements must be completed successfully to receive certification.
Yes, we recommend a Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent practical Lean experience before enrolling. Green Belt is project leadership level and builds on foundational Lean concepts (value, waste, basic process mapping). The self-paced pre-read assumes you can work with those concepts already. Contact us if you are unsure whether you are ready and we can recommend the right entry point.

Examples include invoice processing and accounts payable workflows in finance; customer onboarding, approvals, and internal service processes in office and business environments; production flow, waste reduction, and inventory control in food and manufacturing; and scheduling, handovers, and process consistency in service-based teams.
Yes. Participants have access to a subject matter expert mentor throughout the program. Mentors have significant experience across a variety of sectors and provide guidance on subject matter queries, project scoping, and execution.
