This training program develops an understanding of Lean and outlines the essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied across a variety of settings to increase service efficiency and quality; improve customer satisfaction and reduce waste.
By undertaking this training, you will be able to:
- Recognize and address wasteful activities prevalent in the workplace
- Identify distinct opportunities for improvement in your organization
- Actively engage in and make valuable contributions to improvement projects within your industry
- Apply essential Lean principles and tools to make small improvements in the workplace

Assessment
Participants are required to successfully complete an online multiple-choice examination to achieve a Lean Yellow Belt certificate.
About the Trainer: Stacey Smyth
Stacey Smyth is a Black Belt qualified trainer and consultant with over 20 years of global experience across a variety of sectors. Her background in Lean, auditing, and education has allowed her to effectively lead and coach teams, facilitate training and enable impactful changes across organizations through positive cultural shifts.
