Lean and Operational Excellence Training for Canadian Organizations

Belt certifications, short courses, and eLearning for healthcare, local government, and private sector teams. Built by practitioners. Delivered across Canada.

Our Approach

Training Built Around Real Work

Leading Edge Associates delivers Lean and operational excellence training to professionals in healthcare, local government, and private sector organizations across Canada. Programs range from awareness-level introductions to advanced Black Belt certifications, with delivery options in eLearning, live virtual, and in-person formats.

Every certification program includes application to an actual improvement project in the participant's own organization, so learning translates directly into measurable outcomes. Curricula are developed by practitioners with frontline improvement experience in Canadian hospitals, municipalities, and public sector agencies.

Programs at the Green Belt level and above qualify for funding through the Canada Job Grant and provincial workforce development programs, significantly reducing the net cost to employers.
