Complementary, not competing

Agile and Lean: Better Together

Lean eliminates waste in ongoing operations: cycle time, throughput, quality. Agile delivers projects iteratively: sprints, adaptive planning, rapid feedback. They share the same core principles but apply them in different domains. Organizations that run Lean operations and Agile projects get the best of both.

LEA's Agile programs are built with this integration in mind. The curriculum connects Agile concepts to Lean principles your team already knows, and the credential pathway extends your Lean Green Belt into internationally recognized project management qualifications.
