What is value from a resident perspective? How do you participate constructively in an improvement project? These are the questions this program answers.

It is accessible to any municipal role: front-line service staff, administrative coordinators, by-law officers, parks workers, finance clerks, or anyone whose organization is beginning to introduce Lean practices.
