Canadian Centre for Accreditation
The Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) is an independent non-profit offering accreditation for community-based health and social service organizations. Since 2017, LEA has delivered CCA-recognized Lean QI programs purpose-built for community health, mental health, addictions, and family service professionals.

Common Questions
Yes. The CCA Lean QI Yellow Belt builds directly on the White Belt and assumes familiarity with the 8 Wastes, root cause analysis, and PDSA / A3 fundamentals. Equivalent prior Lean training may be accepted; contact CCA to confirm.
Two live online sessions of 3.5 hours each on October 5 and 6, 2026, plus a 1-hour exam, for a total of about 7 hours of training.
Participants who attend both sessions and pass the exam receive an internationally-recognized Lean QI Yellow Belt certification, endorsed by CCA.
Every example, exercise, and case study is grounded in community-based health and social service contexts. Tools are introduced with frontline service delivery in mind rather than manufacturing or transactional environments.
Yes. Groups of 5 or more receive 50% off the 6th registration. Register for all three CCA Lean QI certifications (White, Yellow, Green) and receive a 15% overall discount. Discounts cannot be combined.
