Yes. The Lean Sigma Yellow Belt builds directly on White Belt and assumes familiarity with Lean and quality improvement fundamentals (value and waste, the PDSA framework, basic root cause analysis). Equivalent practical Lean experience may be accepted; contact us to confirm.
Two live online sessions of 3.5 hours each on October 6 and 8, 2026, for a total of 7 hours of training.
Participants who attend both sessions receive a Lean Sigma Yellow Belt certificate from Leading Edge Associates.
Every example, exercise, and case study is grounded in public and community health workflows. Tools are introduced with public health service delivery in mind rather than manufacturing or transactional contexts.
