  2. 2 The key steps involved in creating a process map and a value stream map
  3. 3 Process metrics and how to calculate them for a specific process
  4. 4 The characteristics and components of Kaizen events
  5. 5 5S workplace organization in a public health context
  6. 6 Extending Lean and QI thinking to a wider set of methodologies
Assessment: Completion-based. Participants who attend both sessions receive a Lean Sigma Yellow Belt certificate from Leading Edge Associates.

Two live online workshops led by an experienced Lean facilitator with public and community health context. Includes worked examples, applied exercises, and Q&A.

Prerequisite: Lean Sigma White Belt certification (or equivalent practical Lean experience). The Yellow Belt builds directly on White Belt fundamentals.
