AI for Lean Practitioners
AI does not replace your Lean practice. It makes it sharper.
You have spent years learning to frame a problem, read a process, run a Kaizen, and coach a team. That structured thinking is exactly what makes AI useful in the right hands. Most AI training teaches the tool. This program teaches you where AI fits the improvement work you already do, and where your judgment has to stay in charge.
Built for practitioners at any belt level who want to use AI purposefully in real improvement work, not in the abstract.
Course snapshot and early bird
Available from July 15, 2026. Self-paced, with an instructor-led option for organizational groups.

Why this program
Built for how Lean practitioners actually work
Most practitioners are already piloting AI; few are pointing it at the improvement work itself. In our health-sector benchmark, just 2 of about 100 respondents named the improvement work as where they apply AI. The constraint is capability and practice, not access.
You will not learn AI in the abstract. Every module connects to the tools and frameworks you already use, PDCA, value stream mapping, A3, 5 Whys, and standard work, and shows exactly where AI adds value and where it does not.

No. The program assumes you know Lean, not AI. It builds your AI fluency from the ground up, using your existing improvement knowledge as the foundation.
The self-paced online program is 7.5 hours total and flexible. Start and stop whenever it suits you, with up to one month of access. An instructor-led option is available for groups from your organization, scheduled on request and subject to a minimum number of participants.

Yes. The program is built on Lean principles that apply across sectors, and the frameworks are grounded in improvement practice rather than industry-specific context, so healthcare practitioners can apply what they learn immediately. If your organization wants a version delivered specifically for your teams, contact us about instructor-led options tailored to healthcare.
No. This is a standalone program focused on how AI applies to Lean improvement work. It complements belt certification but does not replace it, and you can take it at any point in your Lean practice.
